Not if you wish to sound natural. You use "did" for many, many tag questions that start in the positive and take the negative tag.

Would you say "You jumped off rock, jumped you?" "You fell, fallen you?" No, of course not. You'd say "didn't you."

I think we can say that "doesn't she" is more American, while "hasn't she" is more British.
