Question sentences starting with prepositions

Regarding "question sentences starting with prepositions", I 'm not sure if the following sentences are natural to use.
I would be glad if someone can say "1 natural, 2 not natural but grammatically okay, 3 wrong." by deleting
inappropriate ones.

For which company do you work? "1 natural, 2 not natural but grammatically okay, 3 wrong."
Which company do you work for? "1 natural, 2 not natural but grammatically okay, 3 wrong."

To which place will you go ? "1 natural, 2 not natural but grammatically okay, 3 wrong."
Which place will you go to ? "1 natural, 2 not natural but grammatically okay, 3 wrong."

By what transportation do you go ? "1 natural, 2 not natural but grammatically okay, 3 wrong."
What transportation do you go by? "1 natural, 2 not natural but grammatically okay, 3 wrong."

I would be grateful if someone could help me.
