Question regarding the structure of a sentence

Hello,

I was wondering what the best way of stucturing this sentence would be. This is part of a composition paper I'm writing. I'm talking about computer networks, and this sentence is part of an example I'm using to illustrate a typical computer problem (i.e. a corrupted file)

Here's how I have it written right now:

This slideshow encompasses an integral part of his speech and losing a strong visual aid would require the CEO to improvise a new method of delivery - a task that he doesn’t have time for.

I really want to incorporate the "a task...." part, and I was wondering how I should structure/punctuate it.

Thank you.
