Question regarding the proper way to state a title

Please advise us:
1. Does anyone know where I may find an answer to this question?

The proper title on a business card
a. The Law Offices of ***, A P.C.
or
b. Law Offices of ***, A P.C.

We have contacted both the American Bar Association and the California State Professional Division--neither agency could furnish an answer as to the use of "The" or not.

We appreciate any guidance!

I'm not ignoring you, Lord L, I just have no idea of the correct designation. If it were my card, I would not use the 'the'. If the ABA can't supply an answer, I doubt you'll find it here.
