Question: property management contract

does anybody knows what the "and where provided by the Client means" in the following senetence?

All the Manager Services shall be performed in accordance with the relevant obligations of the Client, including the terms of the lease agreements concluded by the Client in relation to the Assets and where provided by the Client.

I am thinking about this meaning: "...including the terms of the lease agreements concluded by the Client in relation to the Assets AND provided by the Client" (i.e. the Client has to provide/supply the lease agreements)

Anyway, it's a bit tricky, because as you said "provide" can mean "supply/furnish" or "state/determine"...

I signed a contract based on the explanation of it's terms that was given to me by my agent who is a member of the business I hired to do job for me,(” or “attorney-in-fact”), but the business owners didn't act in accordance to the explanation of the terms and failed to execute those rules and didn't performed any work although i had paid them as a part of the Agreement that was explained to me.
