Question: property management contract

If you provide something that someone needs or wants, or if you provide them with it, you give it to them or make it available to them. And If a law or agreement provides that something will happen, it states that it will happen.

I am thinking about this meaning: "...including the terms of the lease agreements concluded by the Client in relation to the Assets AND provided by the Client" (i.e. the Client has to provide/supply the lease agreements)

Anyway, it's a bit tricky, because as you said "provide" can mean "supply/furnish" or "state/determine"...

It would be so if there were "were provided by the client". But as it is written "where" - It's difficult to understand what this sen

I signed a contract based on the explanation of it's terms that was given to me by my agent who is a member of the business I hired to do job for me,(” or “attorney-in-fact”), but the business owners didn't act in accordance to the explanation of the terms and failed to execute those rules and didn't performed any work although i had paid them as a part of the Agreement that was explained to me.
