Question on the verb 'lend'
Hi teachers,
This is the structure for the verb 'lend':
You lend something to somebody. (I lend my car to him)
Is it also be possible to say, 'You lend somebody something'? (I lend him my car).
I guess so. It just sounds right to my ear. Could you confirm it?
