Question on Not at all & Never Mind

Ann: Thank you for helping me.
James: Not at all / Never mind

Ann: Thank you for your good deeds, James.
Ann: Not at all /Never mind.

Can somebody advise me on the replies above? I assume not at all to be the answers for both. But some diagreement arose. Thank you.
