Question on Conditional I

Hi teachers,
I've seen these possibilities for Conditional Sentences Type I.
Are all of them correct?
1. If + Simple Present + will + base form of the verb.
2. If + Simple Present + be going to + base form of the verb.
3. If + Simple Present + can, may/might + base form of the verb.

I'm asking because with 'be going to' I've only seen it in one book.

Thanks in advance.

Thinking Spain Are all of them correct? They are all possible sentence structures, but if you want the strictest definition of a Type I Conditional, you should probably stick to the first one. The others are better called variants of the Type I Conditional.

  • Just my opinion.
