Question on a statement (2)

Hi teachers,
According to this statement and the underlined words, 'I can get there in five days.' Could 'How long can you get there?' be an appropriate question? Do I need 'in' at the end of the question? If yes, then I should not underlined it in the statement, should I?

Thanks in advance

Hi John,
Thank you for your reply. I knew there was something, or everything, wrong with mine.
Could it also be possible to ask, 'How long can it take you to get there'?
