the majority of schools has reported that more than 75 per cent of all classrooms are networked.

"has reported" or "have reported"? "were networked" or "are networked"?

'Have' and 'are'. If you feel uncomfortable about 'a majority of' and 'have', then change the former to 'most', which is better style anyway.
