Question mark where because

Can you please correct your answers because it's not possible to move forward without correcting it?

Can you increase the time period from 10 hours to 15 hours as before because we can't finish the work within 10 hours?

According to him, on 5th july, he entered the same data twice by mistake in the database and he corrected it only after sending you the report so there is discrepancy now.
