Question mak & exclamation point

Hello, would somebody please tell me if putting exclamation point after a question mark if it is correct or not; the reason for putting an exclamation point is that to put 'emphasis' on the question like this example: "Isn't is enough for him that he ruined her life?!"

It's not correct in formal writing. Only one punctuation mark should be used. In very informal writing, you may also see triple exclamations!!!

So, if you really want to emphasise a question strongly(like you're being sarcastic), a triple exclamation is to be used?

Only in informal writing. Generally in formal writing, the exclamation mark is to be avoided.
