Question list after colon

Hi,

If there are several questions after a colon and every question starts with a capitalized word such as 'Did' or 'Does', etc.. and of course, ends with a question mark, is it still necessary to separate the questions with commas? The questions are NOT within quotes. I am asking because I have seen some examples where the commas are not present.
