"she was" is fine.

The others are all incorrect in standard English when used in the most obvious way, e.g. "She do the washing up" or "He have a car". However, it may be possible for those words to fall together in certain contexts, e.g. "What does she do?" or "Does he have a car?". More context may therefore be needed in order to answer your question.

"dont" is written "don't".

Perhaps you are referring to rap music where lines like "she don't love me no more" are common.
This is non-standard English.
