Question in past tense with did

I don't exactly know where is the catch here...

It is:
Where did those weights came from?

Or:
Where did those weights come from?

Whenever I use did, the verb doesn't need to be in past from right? like my second example.

Not only "doesn't need to" but "must not", "must never".

After "do", "does", and "did", only the plain form of the verb is possible.
