Question in "and"

Hello

I know when using "and", we put commas between verbs and the object in end of clause only, but some verbs needs conj, what should we do about them?

Example:

- He always have carried, joked with, treat them nicely.

Is that "with" right?

Thanks

Hi Penicillin, I don't really understand your example, but you would use a conjunction between a series of verbs. You need to water, weed, and otherwise tend to you garden if you expect to have strong, healthy, and tasty vegetables.
