Question for you native english speakers!

Hi,

I would like to ask to you native english or american speakers what is the style you are using when you have to hurry on a customer who continuosly postpone the payment.

We usually (in our team) write as follows:

"Dear... note that the time is running and we haven´t got any money yet!!!!please make the payment, if we do not get the money tomorrow we can not build your stand"

I want to specify that we write that sentence in red colour and capital letters.

What would you do in this situation? I guess you would omit the red colour...? isn´t it?

I know that maybe it looks a bit rude but it always works :-))))

Any advise will be appreciated!

Thank you

It really helps. Is it rude the use of red colour for this kind of e-mail as well?

Hi,

I just realized I made a typo in the last thread. I meant to say "rude" but my brain told my finger to type "rule".

Red - is a color of rage, danger, and warning. So we should cautious when using it. Bold red letters are the ultimate verbal challenge in communication. It has the same effect as shouting ot screaming at someone. So avoid if possible.
