Question for clarification

Hello,
I sent a file three times to my manager and he rejected due to some errors. Finally I sent that file without errors and put subject matter as"Damn final report". He called me and used bad words for using word- Damn.
I want to know whether this word has any bad meaning?

Sir, its adjective form is something different. **** adjective sense is — **** well

: beyond doubt or question : http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/certainly <knew **** wellwhat would happen>

Hence **** final report means certainly or beyon

It remains a rude expression, and that's why you were castigated for using it. Avoid '****' in all forms for your own good.

Sir,
I apologise to the manager for what I wrote in the letter. Thanks for your expert advice. English really has many incarnations and one has to put the right word for right person. \
Many thanks, Sir.

Apologizing was the right thing to do, Raj. You inadvertently said something to your boss that was very rude indeed.

And I hope you showed him the misleading definition that you had found; that would moderate his anger, I think.
