1. In what ways does the applicant need to develop most?
In my opinion, the key areas Mr. XXX need to develop most is his leadership and communication skills. It is very important for Mr. XXX to follow an MBA program to develop his future career prospects. I think that his keenness to learn in the field of management will drive him to grow as a professional in order to become an invaluable asset for our company. Also, he already has an international background achieved by studying in the Netherlands. Thus, I think that by attending your master program he will expand his knowledge to adapt quickly to multicultural environments and the ability to understand different cultures will add much to his future performance as a leader. I believe that The Full-time MBA at XX Business School is suitable for Mr. XXX’s development as a leader.
