Question about word order!

Is this word order okay?

I invite you to attend the meeting on April 14, 2015, at 10.00 at 12 Liberty Street, Chicago (room No. 101).

is it okay to use two "at" so close to each other?

If you are worried about the location of at, you can mention the time first before date but my main concern is the structure which I think should be changed to read as

You are (cordially) invited to the meeting on ------------(mention the topic of the meeting) on April 14, 2015, at 10.00 at 12 Liberty Street, Chicago (room No. 101).
