Question about the sentence

Studied at University of Ireland, obtained Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.

Does this look okay? Is it weird in English that the sentence does not have a ""subject", in this case - a person who studied and obtained a degree? is it mandatory to include this person in sentence or can I write like this?

Thank you!!
