Question about the present perfect

What variables determine when the present perfect action is still ocurring in the present?

For example, I know states in the present perfect continue into the present: I have been unwell.

But when can action verbs in the present perfect express that the action is still occurring in the present?

I think time adverbials is a variable that can make it continue into the present:

I have lived here/I have led sports teams.

I have lived here for five years/I have led sports teams for five years,

Other variables? Certain types of verbs?
