I suggest you taking a walk.

which one is grammatically correct?

I think the first and the second is only correct. How about you?

I suggest (that) you take a walk. "That" is optional, but I would add it.
I suggest your taking a walk. Grammatically OK, but unnatural in contemporary conversational English.
I suggest you taking a walk. Grammatically questionable.
