Question about subject verb agreement

Dear all,

Kindly tell me whether the "verb" "subject agreement" has been perfectly observed in all writings in English by native speakers. As a non native speaker some times I find it difficult to follow the exact rules. Actually in some cases it is difficult for me to identify the subject. I would like to know whether this is considered as a grave mistake in English.

Thank you.
