1. "They must not take decision out of wrong feelings."
Is it ok to use "out of wrong feelings"?
2. "He must be punished because of the crulty he has brought upon his familly."
Is it ok to use "brought upon" ? I mean "he caused a lot of pain to his family."
3.is it ok to use the word "claim" instead of "say" or "tell"? For example, the king claimed, "people have to obey the rules."
