Question about sentences

Dear all,

I have seen a video of a non native English teacher. In this, she says that the sentence "I will be in the plane at this time tomorrow" is in the Future Continuous Tense. She claims that will be + noun is also comes under the Future Continuous Tense. I would like to get your opinion on this.

Thank you.
