Question about sentences

Dear all,

Kindly tell me whether the following sentences are correct. If yes, kindly tell me the difference in their meaning.

1) Why don't you be a teacher next year?

2) Why won't you be a teacher next year?

3) Why aren't you be a teacher next year?

Thank you.

The first two are grammatical, but the third is not. Also note that #1 and #2 are not necessarily interchangeable. For instance: A- I don't know what I can do next year when my contract here ends.
