Question about sentences

Dear all,

I would like to know which of the following expressions are commonly used by native English speakers.

1) I have tried to give him advice, but he wouldn't listen.

2) I have tried to give him advice, but he won't listen.

3) I have tried to give him advice, but he didn't listen.

4) I have tried to give him advice, but he doesn't listen.
