cat navy 4251) I wish being a rock star.
This is not grammatical.
cat navy 4252) I wish to be a rock star.
This is correct English, but be aware that "wish to" is formal, and may feel faintly incongruous in association with "rock star". "I want to be a rock star" is a more usual way of saying it.
