(Here Kims is the name of a hospital. I am unsure about the usage of "the" before the name of the hospital.)6) He was presented in the court by the police.Thank you.

This is not correct. "at" applies to "9 p.m.", and so then the word "bus" has no connection to the preceding words. You could say e.g. "I will go at 9 p.m. by bus".

"go by bus" is correct. "go by 9 p.m. bus" feels somewhat marginal to me, though I would not say it is definitely incorrect.

I'm not sure whether you meant to write "9 p.m." again. In any case, we cannot say "go on bus", and neither can we say "go on 9 p.m. bus". We have to say "go on the (9 p.m.) bus". This requirement for the article is the norm; "by bus" is an idiomatic exception.
