Question about sentences

Dear all,

I would like to know the following sentences come under which category of sentences. Do they belong to "hypothetical" sentences or "second conditional" sentences? Are they in the present tense or in the future tense? Especially, I am unsure about which category the first part of the following sentences belongs to.

1) I would give you my car but it is not with me.

2) I would tell her but I don't meet her these days.

3) I would come but I don't have a vehicle.

Thank you.
