Kindly tell me the difference in the meaning between the following sentences. What I mean is what difference "could be" and "would be" made in the following sentences?

1) It would be dangerous to go there at night.

2) It could be dangerous to go there at night.

3) That would be Mary.

4) That could be Mary.

2) It could be dangerous to go there at night. If you go there at night, danger is possible.
