Question about sentences

Dear all,

Please see the following questions and answers. In the answer of first question "have been to" is used. But in the answer of second question "have been in" is used. Kindly tell me difference between the two usages.

1) Que: Where have you been?

Ans: I have been to London.( I came back from London)

2) Que: Where have you been?

Ans: I have been there in the park.(I came back from the park)
