Please see the following sentences. I would like to know whether they belong to type 2 conditionals. "would be able to" is new to me. I feel that the first sentence doesn't belong to 2nd conditional, eventhough others belong to it.
1) If you were more careful, you would be able to avoid the accident.
2) If you started early, you would be able to reach early.
3) If the police were more vigilant, they would be able to arrest him.
