Question about sentences

Dear all,

Kindly help to clear my doubt about the following questions.

1) What time do you go to bed?

2) When do you go to bed?

(Don't the above questions carry the same meaning?)

3) Is she buying something right now?

4) Is she buying anything right now?

(Do "something" and "anything" make much difference in meaning?)

5) Are we meeting today?

6) Do we meet today?

( I would like to know what difference "Are" and "Do" make in the respective questions)

7) What do you wear to a wedding?

8) Do you wear perfume to work?

( in the above questions the usages "wear to" and " wear perfume to work" are rather new to me). Are they correct?

Thank you.
