Dear all,
Kindly tell me which of the following expressions are correct. I have often seen these two types of sentences and would like to know which one is grammatical.
May I know when you are coming?
May I know when are you coming?
Thanks in advance.
The first is correct.

A small additional note about May I know when you are coming?
In my experience, native speakers very rarely start a question with 'May I know . .?
Instead, we commonly say
eg Can you tell me when you are coming, please?
eg When are you coming, please?
eg Please tell me when you are coming.
