Question about sentences

Dear all,

One of my friends who is an English teacher advised me to use the word "back" in the following sentences. I would like to know whether native speakers use this word in the following expressions.

When is she back (when will she come back).

Why are you back so early (why do you come back early).

The bus is not back again (The bus hasn't yet come back).

Won't that altruist back again? (Won't that altruist come back again?)

Thanking you.
