Dear all,
I would like to know which of the following sentence is correct. In some grammar books I have seen sentences were written without prepositions, as "in" is avoided in the second sentence. Most of the places I have noticed the connecting word "that" was avoided. Kindly tell me whether the second sentence makes any sense without the word "in". Native speakers please enlighten me. Excuse me for my English.
