Dear all,

Kindly tell me which of the following expressions are correct and used by native speakers. I also have doubt about using " full stop" after question Mark's.

Why don't you comb your hair?. It looks untidy.

Why don't you fix your hair?. It is messy.

I have cancer.

I have had cancer.
