I would like to know which of the following sentences are correct, used in daily conversation by native speeker and natural.

1.He seems to have disappointed.

2.He seems to be disappointed.

(kindly tell me the difference in meaning between the above two sentences).

3.I will call you in sometime.

4.I will call you after sometime.

5.He speaks fluent English.

6.He speaks English fluently.
