Question about scholarship application

I intend to apply a scholarship but I am not sure whether I interpret correctly the meaning of the question.
Here is the question:
Applicants should have a demonstrated commitment to community service. Please provide a short statement (less than 200 words) outlining your community involvement to support your application for this scholarship. Please also provide documentary evidence of your community involvement (eg. Letters or certificates from sporting or community clubs).

Based on my understanding and what should I write is last time I work as a volunteer in the campaign (this is the only volunteer job I worked before and I also get the certificate from the organization).

Can I write in this scope? But what should I outline on it?
Is it about my scope of the work or review as a volunteer?

Can anyone provide me some idea about this statement?

Sorry about my poor grammar and thanks for help.
