Question about present tense

Hi,

If I am writing in the present tense, is it better for me to use "will" instead of "would" and "can" instead of "could"?

For example:

If you continue doing this, there is no doubt that danger would/will come along.

When I walk into the room every morning, people can/could hear me yawning.

Thank you!

Yes, if you do this, that will happen. When I do this, they can do that.
