Question about One Sentence

What text () you just read?

The task: insert do/have/will/does.

What is the correct answer - What text have you just read? or What text did you just read?

I think #2 but there is no such option - did. But I think it is correct.

"did" is OK, but given your choices, you have to pick another answer. "have" also works, so just choose "have".
