Question about "of", "for", "to" etc.

Hello!
I would be truly thankful if you could check whether I have correctly used "of", "for" etc (especially underlined). Maybe any other improvements necessary?

The plaintiff, Jane XXXX, has submitted to the court a statement of claim against the defendant, John XXX, concerning determination of paternity and recovery of a child support, and requests the court to satisfy the claim which declares that the defendant, John XXX, is biological father of the daughter, Molly XXX, and to recover EUR 100 per month from the defendant in favor of the plaintiff for supporting the daughter, Molly XXX, starting with the day of submission of the statement of claim until the child reaches age of majority.

Please keep in mind that this is not a legal document of high importance and my question applies only to gramatical issues!
Thanks a lot! Emotion: smile

The plaintiff, Jane XXXX, has submitted to the court a statement of claim against the defendant, John ***, concerning determination of paternity and recovery of no 'a' child support, and requests the court to satisfy the claim which declares that the defendant, John ***, is biological father of the daughter, Molly ***, and to recover EUR 100 per month from the defendant in favor of the plaintiff for supporting the daughter, Molly ***, starting with the day of submission of the statement of claim until the child reaches the age of majority. satisfy does not seem right to me, I suggest 'uphold'. Like most legal sentences, this would be better written as two or more sentences.
