Which one is better, grammatically correct and more comfortable to read?

The Level of Awareness of Albayanos on the 2010 Automated Elections via Broadcast Media

or

The Level of Awareness of Albayanos of the 2010 Automated Elections via Broadcast Media
or
Albayanos' Level of Awareness of the 2010 Automated Elections through Broadcast Media

I was just wondering whether 'via' was really more preferabble to use over 'through'? And Mister Micawber, would you mind to explain to me why 'for' was the right prepostion to use?
