Question about list of persons

Hello!

Is it possible to list persons in the following way (underlined) and will it be understandable?

In our opinion, the board of the bank – Person A, Person B, and Person C– and the council – Person D, Person F, and Person E– has acted unlawfully and contrary to the interests of the bank by transferring from its assets financial resources in the amount of SEK 40 000, causing significant losses to the bank and its creditors.
