Question about "grant"

Hi there!

Have I written this sentence gramatically correct (especially I am wondering about the underlined part)?

The company, by transferring money to the branch, actually has granted financial resources to the foreign company, and it is proven by the fact that Jim S. signed affirmations that the loan, according to the loan agreement, has been granted in accordance with the instructions of the company, with later taking full economic responsibility.

And is underlined "later" correct here? It should mean "the one just mentioned"!

Thanks a lot!!
