Question about could

Can the word 'will' be followed by 'could'. For example: I will if I could.

I know that standard is 'I will if I can'.

Thank you very much. I have been having random answers to another question, so I would appreciate it if you would help.

One person wrote that this sentence is correct:
If you had a chance which one would you choose?
However, another person said 'had' is incorrect and it should be 'have' instead, and I agree.

Please tell me your if that is right or wrong.

I agree with fivejedjon, you need to ask a complete question. However "Please tell me your if that is right or wrong." is not correct, you should say "Please tell me your opinion if that is right or wrong."
