The OP said "She" but AS said "He"! What gender does he/she have?
0
He was born Bruce Jenner and won the mens' decathlon in the Olympic Games.
He was married several times to beautiful women and fathered six children.
He is transgender and I think now he prefers to be addressed by the pronoun "she."
It's quite confusing to me.

To me too. Why should a man change his body to be a woman or vice versa!
A man is beautiful when he is a man, and the same for a woman.

We have gender in two different places: in our mind, and in our sexual organs.
Sometimes we are born in such a configuration that the two places do not agree with each other. That, together with the pressures of society, cause a person great difficulty and unhappiness. As Caitlyn says

Do you believe that difference is real or the result of the changes that person has made in his mind himself?

It's real and biological.
