Question about "Both" ,"All", Neither" and "None".Help me.

There are two people in the room.
How many of them are female?
#A. Both of them are female.
One of them is female.
#B. Neither of them are female.

Q. Can I replace "Both" as "All" in #A ?
and  "Neither" as "None" in #B?

I have known "Both"and "Neither" are used under 2  events,
"All " and "None"  are used over 3 times.
So I'm curious If  " All" and "None" can be used under 2 events like that.
